Registration dates set for Spring 2007 at PRCC

      POPLARVILLE - Orientation and registration for new students attending Pearl River Community College during the 2007 spring semester will be held Jan. 4-5 on the Poplarville campus.
          All students who have not attended PRCC must attend the orientation session at 8:30 a.m. either day. Registration begins at 9 a.m.
          Students who will attend the Forrest County Center in Hattiesburg will register from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 3-4, in the multi-purpose room.
          Hancock County registration is from 2-6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 2, at the Hancock Center in Waveland.
          Day and night classes begin Monday, Jan. 8. The spring semester ends May 11.
          Night classes offered in Columbia include Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Music Appreciation, College Success Skills, Introduction to Criminal Justice, General Psychology I, Oral Communication, English Composition II, Human Growth & Development, and Guide to Social & Emotional Behavior. 
          Picayune night classes include World Literature I, World Civilization II, Music Appreciation, Spanish I, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, College Success Skills, Introduction to Criminal Justice, Introduction to Business, Human Growth & Development, Business Accounting, Document Formatting, and Microcomputer Applications.   
          Hancock Center night classes include College Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, Developmental Mathematics, Developmental Reading, English Composition I & II, General Psychology I, Child Psychology, New Testament Survey, Nutrition, Human Growth & Development, College Success Skills, Marriage and Family, Music Appreciation, American History I, and Creative Arts/Young Children.  
          Stennis Space Center night classes, which will be taught at the Center of Higher Learning,  include English Composition I, American History I, Business Calculus, Calculus I, and Oral Communication.
