The camps will be held from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily for 6-12 and 13-18-year-old age groups.
A hitting camp is set for June 3 ($50 fee) and will be a one-day event covering aspects of hitting. Instruction will include live batting practice, drills, addressing problem areas, and developing a positive mental approach.
A pitcher and catcher camp is set for June 5 ($50 fee) and will be a one-day event covering aspects of pitching and catching. Instruction will include drills, lectures, and films covering all aspects of the two positions.
An overall skills camp is set for June 9-11 ($100 fee) and will be a three-day camp covering all aspects of the game. Instruction will center on hitting, pitching, defensive, base running, and bunting, as well as including games organized by age groups.
Cost of attending both the hitting and pitcher and catcher camps if $80, while a $175 fee will cover all three events. Participants will receive only one camp tee-shirt if attending all three camps.
Campers should bring a bat and a glove, tee-shirt, tennis shoes or cleats, athletic shorts or baseball pants, and their lunch.
McMahon will direct the camp and will be assisted by assistant coaches Jared Harris, Josh Hoffpauir, and Zack Zulli.
