PRCC campuses closing for Thanksgiving break

     POPLARVILLE - All campuses of Pearl River Community College will close at 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, for the Thanksgiving holidays.
      Classes will resume and offices will re-open at 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1.
      Although the college will be closed, the Spirit of the River marching band will represent PRCC in McDonald’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in Chicago. The band is expected to be near the front of the parade, which will be televised on WGN from 8 to 11 a.m. Thursday.
      The PRCC men’s and women’s basketball teams will be playing Monday and Tuesday in a tournament at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
