PRCC to host Crochet Party

    POPLARVILLE - Pearl River Community College will host the Crochet Party with the Loopy Ladies, beginning Feb. 23.
    This free class is open to anyone who wants to crochet or knit with others, sharing patterns, stories, problems and solutions and, sometimes, food.
    The class project will be 12-inch squares for HEROGHANS! These are afghans made for wounded veterans of the current conflicts.
    Beginners are welcome and can learn from experienced needleworkers.
    The Crochet Party will meet from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Feb. 23, March 9, March 23, April 6, April 20 and May 4 in room 123 of the Science Building on the Poplarville campus.
