

Lindsey Miller
Lindsey Miller is the Workforce and Economic Development Specialist for the Pearl River Community College Lowery A. Woodall Advanced Technology Center. She has a Bachelors degree in Speech Communications and a Master’s degree in Workforce Training and Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. Lindsey is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Lindsey worked as the Student Activities Coordinator for Pearl River Community College and the Recruiter for PRCC prior to obtaining her current position. As a former small business owner, Lindsey recognizes the difficulties facing Mississippi employers and the importance of quality training for employees. Lindsey hopes to utilize her experience and education to increase opportunities for training and development in the Pine belt, while focusing on quality educational experiences with significant, measurable outcomes. She believes that people are our best resource and defines a leader as one who recognizes the value in others and works to empower them to reach personal and professional goals.
