Rebecca Ellis Brown

     Rebecca is the WIN Job Center Computer Instructor.  She teaches a variety of pre-employment training courses including Basic Computing, Resume Building and Interviewing skills.  Rebecca previously worked in Pearl River Community College’s Small Business Resource Center and as a Reporter/News Editor for The News-Commercial, a weekly newspaper.

     She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration degree from Mississippi State University.  She is also a Certified Training and Development Professional through the Jack and Patti Phillips Workplace Learning and Performance Institute at The University of Southern Mississippi.
