TRADITIONAL BANNER REVIEW:
If
you want to enter schedules for your students as you have in the past,
simply use SFAREGS in traditional Banner2000 version 5x. If your
classes require an override, (for example, vocational classes that
all
meet 8 - 3 on M - F, will show a time conflict that requires an override)
you must do this through traditional Banner.
If you want to look at a student's transcript or list of courses, GPA, etc., without having to know their PIN, login to traditional Banner. Type in SHATERM, when the form opens, enter the student's ID (Social Security Number), leave the term blank, and Next Block or Ctrl PgDn.
Another way to view their courses is through SHACRSE, type in their ID#, leave the term blank in the key block, Ctrl PgDn (or Block/Next) to see a list of ALL courses taken for every term and their grades in each course.
To view a student's ACT scores, type in SOATEST, enter the student's ID in the key block, Ctrl PgDn.
IMPORTANT: You MUST guard your PIN with your life! Please memorize this number. Anyone having knowledge of your PIN and SS# has access to your salary and your gradebook!
