*G Industrial Workforce Project Manager/Trainer
Location:  Lowery A. Woodall Center (Hattiesburg)
Overview:  This position will work directly with manufacturing/energy/industrial companies to meet training needs for their employees through PRCC workforce services.  Duties will include consultative meetings with internal and external parties regarding industrial training, apprenticeships, and workforce planning; workforce project activities including scheduling, promotion, and administration of  company-based and public workforce training courses, research, purchasing, and communication; record collection, maintenance, and data-entry into multiple project management systems; Mississippi Manufacturing Association (MMA) Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) grant activities and reporting; promotion and support of the Mississippi Apprenticeship Program (MAP); and direct provision of industrial-related training courses (subjects dependent on expertise and experience).
Status:  Full-Time / Professional / 12 months
Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree preferred.  Exceptions may be made for those with minimum of associate degree and extensive professional experience.
Work Experience:  Applicants should have 3+ years direct industrial experience in manufacturing or a related field.

Surgical Technology Instructor
Location:  Forrest County Center
Job Description/Overview:  The Surgical Technology Program is seeking to build an adjunct applicant pool.  Potential adjuncts will be needed to work 8 – 12 hours per week beginning August 2020.  Adjunct positions will involve instructing Surgical Technology Program didactic and lab-based courses as well as supervising students in the clinical setting.

Educational Requirements/Work Experience:  All applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role, or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the 5 past years and must hold current CST or CSFA credentials.

Location:  Forrest County Center
Job Description/Overview:  Preferred candidates will possess more than the minimum requirements and be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for working with students in the development of critical and careful thinking, reading, and writing, a desire to teach the application of philosophical thinking and intellectual/cultural history to a variety of disciplines (including Career-Technical Education as well as academic disciplines beyond the humanities), and a passion for encouraging student engagement with ideas. Successful applicants will also demonstrate an ability with and interest in educational technology, especially Canvas Learning Management System, Webex, Zoom, and similar platforms.

Educational Requirements:  Master’s Degree (any field) with at least eighteen graduate hours in Philosophy.
