Healthy People Now! is a program developed by the Pearl River Community College Department of Nursing Education and the Office of Public Relations, that writes, researches and produces 3-10 minute health education videos for use in K-12 schools in the PRCC supporting district.  Currently, the program is confined to Pearl River and Hancock county schools, but in time, the program's director hopes to expand into all six counties.
      Students taking the PRCC Television and Film Production course will be required tointern with the program, working as directors of photography, lighting directors, camera operators, grips, set dressers, sound recordists, sound editors, script supervisors and more.
