The Information Technology Services team will be performing maintenance on multiple systems and network equipment. During this time some network services will periodically be unavailable, as detailed below.
- 9 PM – 11 PM Thursday December 13th
- Periodic disruptions of all Windows systems.
Extended Service Window
- 8 AM Friday December 14th – 5 PM Friday December 14th
- Email will be unavailable or sporadic
- VPN Users may need to download latest Forticlient version
- Network File Shares
- PRCC VPN
- PRCC Authentication Services
- Exchange Email
- Network Printing
- No action is required on your part.
Updates will be posted on the IT Services Alert web page http://www.prcc.edu/it/alerts and we will notify this group upon service restoration.
