Forrest County Center classes cancelled

HATTIESBURG – Classes at Pearl River Community College’s Forrest County Center on Highway 49 have been cancelled for Monday due to the uncertainty of the power situation on the campus as the result of Saturday’s tornado.
“Mississippi Power is uncertain as to whether we would have power or not, so we have made the decision to go ahead and cancel classes for Monday and resume on Tuesday,” said PRCC President William Lewis.
Classes on PRCC’s main campus in Poplarville and Hancock Center in Waveland will meet as usual on Monday.
