Pearl River Hall
Built in 1933, Pearl River Hall stands immediately behind Huff Hall and between the mall and Hancock Hall.

The two story brick structure was the third building constructed on College Drive.  With 8,178 square feet, it houses sixty-two students and a head resident and family.  Originally, the building accommodated 80 students and two faculty families.  Crews have just completed renovations to the interior and painting and cleanup to the exterior as well as replacing the heat and air units with a centrally located physical plant
