Jefferson Davis Hall - Student Support Services, Department of Business
Jefferson Davis Hall
On February 18, 1946, the government donated prefabricated materials to PRCC for use as a science building.  Built during 1946 and 1947 it was put into service in the fall of 1947.  A two story brick structure, the upper floor was devoted to science classrooms and laboratories until the new science building was completed in 1966.  The lower floor was utilized for home economics and business classrooms.  At present, Jefferson Davis Hall houses the Student Support Services offices and tutoring laboratory, Department of Business classrooms and faculty offices are located on the first floor, and a Criminal Justice classroom and the Research,  Administration, and Grant Development office is located on the second floor.  Jeff Davis Hall is located on Sycamore Drive across the street from Huff Hall and between Moody Hall and Hancock Hall.
