Pearl
River Community College offers specialized instruction for the highly skilled
technical field. With the growth of new specialized industry in our
six county district, we are always adding new programs to the catalog.
Most
of our courses will equip you to start your career in two short years.
You'll find that when you apply for that special job, the fact that you
graduated from PRCC's technical program will go a long way towards landing
that position. Employers from all over the southern part of the state
will hire a PRCC graduate first, because they recognize that we are committed
to instilling a sense of pride and personal worth in our students, as well
as offering the very best hands on instruction in the south.
Before
you even graduate, we will begin the process of getting you started on
your new career by offering job fairs, "how to interview for a job" workshops,
and assisting you in finding a job to meet your qualifications through
our Counseling and Career Center
located in the Crosby Hall Student Life Center. Our counseling staff
will train you in resume writing, job interviewing, and more.
