Electrical Course

These Electrical courses will be held at the Poplarville Campus location:
101 Hwy 11 North, Career Education Building (Located on Wildcat Drive)

Monday – Thursday
7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Now offering a Certificate in Electrical

  • Application for 10 Hour OSHA Certification
  • Application for NCCER Certification in the following topics:
    • Core Curriculum, Introductory Craft Skills
    • Electrical Level 1 Modules
      • Electrical Safety
      • Conductors and Cables
      • Basic Electrical Construction Drawings
      • Residential Electrical Services

Cost = $150

Reservations for a seat in this class will require the following, in this order:

    1. Drug Screen – Clean Results
      • This test will be at the student’s expense, at the facility of their choice
    2. Application
    3. Payment in full
      • Students will need to see Ms. Sheila for course payment (cash, check or money order)

Tools required for class:  ¼” Flatblade Screwdriver, #2 Phillips Screwdriver, 9” Linemen Pliers (or equivalent), Electrician’s knife (or Box Knife) and a small Analog Multimeter
